Amidst Giants Study
Another watercolour and ink study done in preparation for the larger composition, Amidst Giants, this study works out the larger forms for the painting. In addition to the study I did a few versions of the composition in my sketchbook. This sketch exudes the mystery of the composition and explores the shapes of the mountains.
This original watercolour sketch is 15” high and 22” wide. ALL artwork in the Sketches, Drawings and Experiments section arrive without frames or hanging hardware. Small work is shipped flat in padded envelopes. Larger works are rolled and shipped in a tube. However, if you prefer, I can source framing for you and provide that as an add-on option.
