Growing up in the KW area our family often did day trips to various parks and trails in and around Kitchener. These were my first experiences connecting with nature. We often lived in new suburbs which afforded us kids many opportunities to explore nearby creeks and forests often on our bikes.

Today, I continue to explore Southern Ontario from Tobermory to London, from Niagara to Barrie. I'm known to drive 3 or more hours; paint onsite for a few hours then drive home.
