Blue with Yellow
As I slowly breakaway from realism and representational work I am experimenting with approaches. This piece is a simple composition exploring blue and yellow with white. The shapes hint at a landscape with a horizon.
This piece is an experimental piece. Sometimes I will repaint a canvas when I want to try a new style, approach or process. So in a sense these are “prototypes” of work to follow.
The beautiful blue with yellow palette will complement any decor from a warm wall to a cool theme.
This original painting is 16” high and 20” wide with a depth of 1.5”. The artwork wraps halfway around the edges which are then finished in black. This provides a clean, finished, high-end look and makes the work ready to display without the need for a frame.
