Inglis
I spent 18 months in Owen Sound Ontario during my college years. Inglis Falls was a regular spot for me to unwind and explore nature. It can be easily viewed from the parking area and has a trail that leads all the way to Harrison Park in Owen Sound. I’ve walked that route many times taking in the views of the Sydenham River. I’ve done a couple paintings of this waterfall, this one featuring the upper portion of the falls as it cascades over the Niagara Escarpment.
The green and purple palette and stylistic approach draw in the viewer to this beautiful painting.
This original painting is 20” high and 20” wide with a low profile depth of .75”. The artwork wraps around the edges. This provides a clean, finished, high-end look and makes the work ready to display without the need for a frame.
