I grew up with Dr. Suess, Peanuts & the Gang, Saturday Morning Cartoons and Scooby Doo. I read a lot. Everything from comic books to mystery and loads of non-fiction books about nature, earth, rocks and animals.

Writing became another way for me to express my ideas, thoughts and emotions. As the "quiet kid" in the class, my ability to write well is what got me through school.
